Neptune's first opened in 1985, and Bill joined the team in 1989. Soon, his passion for cooking took him to culinary school in Baltimore, after which he returned to Neptune's to continue doing what he loved: making delicious food for his community.
In 2000, Bill took over Neptune's day-to-day operations, and he eventually purchased the business in 2004. He has served three generations of local families, and continues his passion today, of delivering the highest quality food to those in North Beach.
